A couple of days ago our water heater started leaking - contacted Fairfax Electric and Plumbing. They called and provided estimate over the phone and professionally installed the new hot water heater yesterday. Entire transaction took place either online or through the phone. What is interesting that in less than 24 hours we had hot water in the house. I’m very satisfied with the good job the technicians did replacing the old water heater.

William and Ermis are quite pleasant and courteous when coming to install a 75G Gas Performance Platinum. They covered my basement carpet with cloths to make sure it didn’t get dirty while moving in/out WH. Ermis explained what they would do and asked me to review the list when the work was completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the service from this company. They called beforehand, got the job done quickly—they were in and out in around an hour!— and replaced both the water heater and a corroded water valve to the new water heater with a brand new one! They were very professional and courteous, so I’d highly recommend working with them again!
The experience we had today with your crew was great. We had a hot water heater replaced. This is a precautionary measure as the original hot water heater was coming up on 12 years of age. If not for the fact that I knew a unit was a brand-new unit installed I never would've known they were here. They were able to come and remove the old hot water heater and install the new one in just about one hour. Your staff told us what to expect and kept us informed. Both of the technicians were courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Bought a new hot water heater through Home Depot and had it installed by Fairfax Electric, Plumbing, & Gas. The installers were very professional and friendly and discussed every step of the process with me as they went. When I had a question about the bill a representative contacted me and addressed my issue right away. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
I had to replace a gas water heater that was leaking and called Fairfax Electric, Plumbing & Gas after getting an estimate from one of the major companies you always see on TV and hear on radio. FE, P&G was terrific throughout the entire process. They were able to discuss my options and get me an estimate the same day as I called. They performed the work 3 days after I got an estimate and gave me the option to schedule the installation the next day. From the front office staff to the guys who did the installation, they were professional, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with. Not only that, they were $800 cheaper than their competitor who I originally called. Highly recommend. Would 100% use them again.
Gina, in the office was a great help, she took the time to speak with me while I was still at Home Depot and again when I got home. She got everything set up to install, gave me a quote they stuck by and was very knowledgeable. Today William and Dre returned to install my new hot water heater located between the second and third floor of our townhouse. They came yesterday but the mats needed to cover the floors of my wooden steps had not come in and rather than taking a chance of scratching the stairs, they graciously rescheduled for today. They were very conscientious as they moved the heavy tanks through my house, did a great job with the installation and explained the workings of the new tank. All three were very professional and personable. They made the hassle of replacing an appliance a pleasure!
